Accrete, a leading enterprise AI software provider headquartered in Lower Manhattan, today announced that Dr. Luis Rodriguez has joined Accrete AI as Vice President of Business Development. Dr. Rodriguez will be responsible for building an ecosystem of enterprise partnerships across a variety of industries to drive revenue growth.
Dr. Rodriguez has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry having worked across product management, strategy, sales, and partnerships. Before joining Accrete AI, Dr. Rodriguez was recruited by the former CEO of a Siemens-acquired edge computing company to drive hyper-growth of the global Siemens factory automation unit through edge computing, IT alliance-building, and an IT/OT convergence-based go-to-market strategy.
Before Siemens, Dr. Rodriguez also held positions at Honeywell’s Building Technology Group, where he successfully designed and recruited partners to an IoT and Edge ecosystem of third-party offerings. Additionally, Dr. Rodriguez spent 16 years at IBM, holding various executive roles, most recently having launched and recruited partners to a third-party IoT and Edge ecosystem for the Enterprise Asset Management and smart buildings markets covered by IBM Watson’s IoT division. Prior to IBM, Dr. Rodriguez worked at McKinsey & Co. Dr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. from MIT in Computer Science and is on the Board Of Advisors for the Computing Alliance of Hispanic Serving Institutions (CAHSI).
