Accrete.AI is pleased to welcome Jason Kirby as the Chief of Staff. Accrete, a leading Enterprise AI Software provider has appointed Jason as Chief of Staff reporting directly to Prashant Bhuyan, Accrete’s Founder & Chief Executive Officer. As Accrete continues to rapidly scale, Jason will serve as a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for implementing the CEO’s overarching strategy as well as establishing internal policies that maximize the effectiveness of Accrete’s rapidly growing team. He will oversee this expansion through key performance metrics that optimize internal workflow and refine internal processes.

Jason brings with him over 25 years of special operations experience. Most recently, he managed a $1Bn global special operations portfolio as the Deputy Director of Air Force special operations consisting of 19,000 personnel, a worldwide fleet of 270+ aircraft, and $17Bn in assets, including all combat operations. He swiftly corrected an enduring $127mm underperformance trend within 6 months of his appointment as Deputy Director with strong leadership guidance, stewarding the restructuring of performance metrics and the organization’s executional focus on those metrics. Prior to that position, he was the commander of all US Air Force special operations in the Asia-Pacific, leading over 1,000 personnel and a fleet of 26 aircraft, along with $1.8Bn in assets. In 2018, Jason’s team led the internationally-acclaimed rescue of a Thai youth soccer team that was trapped in the flooded Tham Luong cave system, and in 2019 he led a rare circumnavigation of the Taiwan Strait separating China and Taiwan with special operations aircraft. Jason is an accomplished pilot who qualified as a Weapons Instructor, the Air Force equivalent of “Top Gun”, where he was given the honorific call sign, “Diesel”.
