Accrete, Inc., a dual-use enterprise AI company whose Knowledge Engine platform enables organizations to gain a decision advantage through the deployment of Expert AI Agents that can reason at superhuman scale, announced a strategic partnership with Publicis Groupe, a global leader in communication and digital transformation, and its Center of Excellence (COE) for Social Intelligence – a team serving Publicis Groupe agencies around the World with consumer intelligence and insights derived from unstructured data. This collaboration will empower brands to harness the potential of AI-driven strategies, enhancing their ability to identify patterns, predict trends, and make informed decisions rooted in social media data.

Through the strategic partnership, Publicis Groupe will seed Accrete’s configurable Nebula Social Agent with tacit domain knowledge and Nebula Social will use that domain-specific understanding to analyze vast volumes of dynamically-changing, multi-modal social media data to jump into the mind of specific personas and surface viral narratives most likely to drive consumer behavior. Nebula Social will drive ROI by enabling Publicis Groupe to not only offload the cognitive burden of infinitely swiping through social media to reverse engineer algorithms that promote content, but to authentically connect with audiences at exactly the right moment as domain-specific narratives emerge. The Publicis COE for Social Intelligence will incorporate Nebula Social as part of its client offerings, strengthening its ability to deliver Expert Agent-driven decision automation to clients across various verticals, including retail, finance, and technology.
